Carla Elektra with Her New Debut Single Entitled Feel Good

Techno music is usually diverse from those who value the other form of popular music.

Carla Elektra
Carla Elektra is an International singer, DJ, actress and model
According to Suade Bergemann,
"If you hear a piece of good techno music, and finds that you don't appreciate it. If you hear a piece of good techno music and finds it unappealing, probably it has something to do with how you listen and your expectations regarding musical value. It takes time to become familiar with listening and be able to make judgments about its musical qualities. It differs from other popular music."

Spank Master Boogie and His Album Museum

Spank Master Boogie's Debut Album called "Museum" - a unique and witty hip hop music!

When they gave me the task of writing about rock and roll music genre, I was uncertain. My kind of music is different from what was given to me, though. I was a bit nervous and even doubted myself if I can do it right. To know it, I accept it as a challenge. What I did is research a bit and listen to each song two to three times a day. By listening to each song lyrics and beat had helped me understand what this genre is all about. I'm so thankful for the opportunity given. Now, let's talk about hip hop!

The Remix Album of Ricardo del Rio

Music is the voice of your emotion and enthusiasm, as you eagerly express it through music. The power of  music lifts a persons spirit through its attraction and power. According to Keith Richards,
Music is a language that doesn’t speak in particular words. It speaks in emotions, and if it’s in the bones, it’s in the bones.
I agree to that saying because it makes me glide and move around while listening to the tempo. Actually, I'm listening to Ricardo del Rio's single For Here (South Beach Remix) featuring Elan Noelle and Omar Jefferson. Did I hear a beating? I love it! It makes me sway to the beat.

Trenched United in Rock Album

When the music starts, some people could not resist following the rhythm of the beat. Music plays a vital role in a person's life. In fact, it makes them cheerful, well and sound. Although each one has its own choice of music, still rock and roll are the best.

Rock and roll are a combination of different genre music rolled into one. It connects the people and the band with an adrenaline rush. The songs have their own phrases that are meaningful and compassion. The bands of the rock genre are excellent in catching different emotions of misery and wrath like in this new album "United in Rock" by Trenched.

Things You Probably Did Not Know About Karaoke

karaoke

Karaoke is an interactive entertainment. A singer sings along with a recorded song or a music video with a microphone. The lyrics of the song may or may not display on a screen.

Karaoke originates in Japan in a town called Kobe. A band was scheduled to perform in a bar did not show up. In a bid to save face and entertain his customers, the owner of the bar played the music. He asked the customers to come on stage and sing along with the music. Now, Karaoke is a popular activity around the world where people (adults and kids alike) engage in it.

An Electric Guitar with Tremolo

Sometimes, I need a "me" time away from the stress of life. So, I went to a mall and window shop. There, I saw a sea  of electric guitars. It is the Bullet Stratocaster. It is easy, low-cost and yet, practical guitar for the beginners. To tell you, I am fond of electric guitar.

In case, you are wondering what on earth is tremolo. It is a quick repetition of one or two notes that moves back and forth with greater intervals. It sounds like a trembling or vibrating effect that makes the crowd thrilled and shout.

Listening to the Sound of a Guitar

guitar, rock music

My husband accompanied our son to school. I stayed home to clean up the mess in the morning and arranged the shop for internet users. That's my morning routine every school days.

Before I do anything, I make sure that my Spotify music is on. I love music in different categories, depending on my mood. Because it is the morning, I browse for a guitar music on a prs 7 string. It might be weird for some people. This type of music makes me jump to start my work.

Now that the music is on, I'll start cleaning. :)

Learn How To Play Guitar

Learning on how to play guitar is not that easy. It takes patience, focus, and attitude to learning each chord. You must start from the beginning. First, let us learn the basics.

Parts of the Guitar
No one will ask about the parts of the guitar. But, in my own opinion, it is important to know it. What if, someone will ask you to do it using that one word that defines a part of a guitar. At least you know and understand what that word means.

Learn the Chords
Others will teach you the chords while you strum the guitar. As for me, you have to know the chords first and take notes. Just in case you forgot, so, it'll be handy.

Watching "The Voice" in YouTube is a stress reliever. I love how the judge's exchange dirty tricks to win the contestant and choose them as their coach.

Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)

If you plan for a music recording studio, one of the main essential for musical production is called DAW. So, what is DAW? A DAW is a Digital Audio Workstation, a software or program to record, edit and produce songs or musical pieces. This software program allows you to mix multiple audio clips and synchronize it based on tempo and beat.

When you're using a DAW, you can use audio effects and control it's changes. You can simply removed prior effects from the audio clip. If you change the effects, it's safe because the original audio file never changed but only the end result of the sound in DAW.

Of course, this program will not run until you have a DAW equipment which is a monitor, computer and DAW controller. But, that's another story. Until next time...

Filipino Boy Joined X-Factor Bulgaria in 2011

My son and I were both watching a movie trailer from youtube when I caught a glimpse on one of the video's on the right side. I become curious and excited to watch it. The title was X-Factor Bulgaria - Philippine Boy. The boy's name is Alexander Aguilar. He's a Filipino - American working as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria.

I don't understand Bulgarian but thanks to Youtube's update. There's a button that you can watch the video with a caption on for different languages. Even so, the translations were weird and different. I am glad there's another option for me to understand it. It's a  transcript icon in which you can read what they were talking about when you click. And here's some of them:

0:13  Hello. -Hello.
0:15 What's your name?
0:16 My name is Raphael.
0:17 Raphael, how old are you?
0:20 I'm 25.

0:26 I was born in the Philippines.
0:31 What brought you in Bulgaria?
0:33 I'm a Peace Corps volunteer.
0:39 How long have you been in Bulgaria?
0:40 I've been here for two years.
0:42 Only two years and
0:43 you speak Bulgarian like that!
0:46 Talent!
0:47 Bravo! Bravo!
0:48 Thanks.
0:49 What does the Peace Corps do?
0:53 I am an English teacher in Bregovo,
0:57 a small town near Vidin.

The title of the Bulgarian song is "Oblache le Bialo" (The little white cloud).  It is an emotional song, I think. That's why the judges and audiences were teary-eyed when they heard it.

Here's the translation from DjanielJungParker in here :

Tell me white cloud, Where did you came? Where did you fly? Do you not see my father's home? Do you not hear my mother talk?
What makes my sweet child, with foreign people, foreign bread shared.

You tell her white cloud, I'm alive and well here, and that you saw me.
Send many greetings from me, much time has passed, still little stay.
Soon the time will come in the village to return, to return and to hug my mother.

Isn't it lovely?

Luigi Seno, A Filipino who made it to America's Got Talent

Here’s another Filipino who made it to America’s Got Talent 2010. He had impressed the judges and wowed the audiences. Guys, let’s meet Luigi Seno. He was born in Cebu and migrated to the United States in 2001 for greener pastures.

This was shared in my Facebook wall. After viewing, it made me teary-eyed when he answered why he got so emotional.

His style of singing is like Nyoy Volante with a voice-like Jason Mraz.
