Helping them to sharpen their skills and grow their businesses. Instead of treating it as a one-off promotion, the company is framing it as an ongoing partnership. They are pairing its flour products with a hands-on training. Training in food safety, pricing, and marketing. So smaller neighborhood bakeshops have a real shot at scaling up.
