Taking Gifting to the Next Level

Christmas is around the corner. I can see different Christmas decorations and hear Christmas songs from my neighbors. If my calculation's right, it's 44 days to go before Christmas. The questions are:

What is your Christmas wish list for yourself?

I have two Christmas wishes within myself and these are:

Alcatel Flash 2 (16GB)My cell phone is neither an android or smart phone.  I realized it's importance after I joined a bloggers event. This phone is crisp and clear when it comes to taking pictures. Then, you can easily manage photos and upload it directly on social media apps like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, though. Wi-fi is not a problem because we have it.

Gas Stove with 2 or 3 BurnersAs a mom, I would love to cook for my family's meal and/or just practice. I'd love to cook Cebuano soup recipe such as Malunggay (Moringa oleifera) and Alugbati (Malabar Spinach) which my mom had taught me. Sad to say, I can't do it right on time because it is a hospital's kitchen. Their kitchen is busy with the hospital's meal. That's why it is very important for me to have my own gas stove. I can cook anytime, I want.

What are your Christmas gift ideas for your love ones?

When it comes to Christmas gifts, we rarely exchange, honest. My husband and I had the same idea for Christmas. Spend our time in the mall for a day. This is the best day to visit the malls because of the big discounts. Buy new clothes and new shoes for our little one instead of toys. Toys will not last longer, it will be torn to pieces in two or three days. So, it's not a good idea. Then, we let our son play for an hour in the mall's amusement booth. We are happy and satisfied when we both see our son had a great time. My husband is not hard to please. He is satisfied with black shirts and flip flops.

The day is not complete if we can not have our meals at Jollibee, my sons' favorite fast food restaurant.

How do you plan to give back to others?

To Give Back and not to expect anything in return, is one way to teach my child. I plan to give away our clothes especially my son's. I still have his newborn clothing and his stuff toys, too. Last year, I had someone who picked up the box of feeding bottles. This year, I am not sure. If it won't be pick up, then I'll drop it in the malls box for gift-giving or deliver it to a home for homeless children.

Merry Christmas! Good health, peace and harmony are the best gifts anyone can have.
